中国公共图书馆的发展特点与存在问题分析

Public library constitutes an important part of Chinese culture development, there is of distinctness in fluctuations, large gape of urban-rural disparities as well as that of regions, and much lower level of development. Chinese public library in the future should strengthen digitalization, computerization and cyberization,broaden public library＇ s social serving functions, form an investment ensuring system shared both by state and province, and stimulate the active role of society as well as the folks.%公共图书馆是中国文化事业发展的重要组成部分，其发展具有明显的波动性，同时具有城乡差异大、地区差异大以及发展水平较低的特点．未来中国公共图书馆必须加大数字化、计算机化与网络化的建设力度，扩展图书馆的社会服务职能，形成国家、省市分担的资金保障体系，同时发挥社会与民间的积极作用．
