羟苯磺酸钙治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨羟苯磺酸钙治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞( retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的临床疗效. 方法 对非缺血型RVO患者46例随机分为治疗组和对照组. 对照组21例21眼,给予丹参静滴及复方血栓通胶囊口服,连续用药观察30天. 治疗组在对照组基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙. 观察治疗前后视力、眼底病的改变、视野和视网膜电图. 结果 治疗组最佳矫正视力提高行数显著高于对照组(P <0.05).治疗组与对照组治疗后视野比较有统计学差异(P<0.05). 视网膜电图b波振幅治疗组提高高于对照组( P<0.05). 结论 羟苯磺酸钙在治疗非缺血性视网膜静脉阻塞中具有明显的临床疗效.%Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of calcium dobesilate in treating non-ischemic retinal vein occlusion.Methods 48 cases of non-ischemic retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into two groups.21 eyes enrolled in control group were treated by Danshen injection and Fufang Xueshuantong capsule for 30 days.27 eyes enrolled in treatment group were treated by Danshen injection and Fufang Xueshuantong capsule with calcium dobesilate .The vision, vision field, electroretinogram and eye fundus were observed before 30 days after treatment.Results The improvement of best-corrected visual acuity in treatment group was much better than that in control group with statistical difference (P<0.05).The visual field of two groups after treatment has significant difference (P<0.05).There was statistical difference between treatment group and control group in the amplitude of wave b (P<0.05).Conclusions Calcium dobesilate has significant clinical effect in treating non-ischemic retinal vein occlusion.
