In order to enhance students'capacity of communication and team work , the current class teaching system should be improved .According to the syllabus of CDIO , learning-oriented teams are established to arrange teaching missions .The team works are motivated by teaching missions and assessed scientifically and rationally .The article discusses three different forms of team combination , analyses adapted teaching missions and provides with methods of assessment forms , grading grounds and performance appraisal .It is proved that learning-oriented teams can finish team work efficiently under the motivation of missions and rational assessment methods can improve communication and work capacity .%为培养学生的交流和团队工作能力,需要改进现有的班级授课制。根据CDIO教学大纲,组建班级学习型团队,设计教学任务,以任务驱动开展团队工作,进行科学合理的评估考核。本文讨论了三种不同团队组合形式,分析了与团队能力相适应的教学任务,给出了团队考核形式、评分依据以及绩效考核方法。实践证明,学习型团队在任务驱动下,能有效地开展团队工作,合理的考核方法促进了交流和团队工作能力的提高。
