Objective This article was to investigate the expression of Gal-7 and JNK1 in hepatocellular carcinoma, and explore their relationships .Methods The immunohistochemical method of streptavidin-peroxidase complex was used to detect the expression of Gal-7 and JNK1 in paraffin embedded sections . Results The positive expression rates of Gal-7、JNK1 in the hepatocellular carcinoma were 64.3% and 73.8%respectively,their score were 2.83 ±2.16 and 2.79 ±1.89.The positive expression rates in the normal hepatocellular tissues were 6.3%and 12.5%respectively,their score were 0.71 ±1.02 and 0.68 ±1.35.There was a significantly difference of the GalL-7 and JNK1 expression between the hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and the normal hepatocellular tissues (P<0.05).The expression of GAL-7 and JNK1 were related to the pathological type,the pathological grading, infiltration and metastasis (P<0.05),but not related to age and gender (P>0.05).The expression of Gal-7 and JNK1 presented a positive correlation (P <0.05).Conclusions The expression of GAL-7 and JNK1 might be related to the carcinogenesis , development , biological behaviors and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma .%目的：探讨半乳糖凝集素-7（Galectin-7，Gal-7）和JNK1在肝细胞性肝癌癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法石蜡包埋切片SP免疫组织化学法测定和分析上述指标的变化。结果①Gal-7、JNK1在42例肝细胞性肝癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为66．7％、73．8％，其评分值分别为（2．83±2．16）、（2．79±1．89），在正常肝组织中阳性率分别为6．3％和12．5％，其评分值分别为（0．71±1．02）和（0．68±1．35）。肝细胞性肝癌组织中的Gal-7和JNK1表达阳性数及其评分明显高于正常肝组织，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。②癌组织中Gal-7和JNK1的表达水平与肝细胞性肝癌患者的年龄、性别（P＞0．05），而与肿瘤病理类型、组织学分级、邻近脏器有无浸润、附近淋巴结有无转移密切相关（ P＜0．05）。③肝细胞性肝癌组织中的Gal-7与JNK1表达呈明显正相关（P＜0．05）。结论 Gal-7、JNK1的表达特征与肝细胞性肝癌发生发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切关系。
