目的:探讨跨学科交叉设计PBL案例的编写方法。方法在器官系统课程整合教学模式背景下,以病原生物学为核心,以精心设计的连环问题为线索,采用多学科知识整合、跨学科编写PBL ( problem-based learning ,PBL)案例,案例取自真实的临床病例,分环节、跨时间编写,辅以多媒体、临床检查报告单以及医患角色多角度扮演,基础和临床多学科教师共同编写、反复推敲可行性,经过教学应用后做最后修改,确定。结果在临床医学专业实验班应用后,学生的参与性、自学意识和能力均有明显提高,达到了预期学习目标。结论跨学科编写的PBL案例是PBL教学成功的关键因素。%Objective To share some experience of PBL Case 's design through multidisciplinary partnership .Methods At the background of the course integration teaching mode , according to apparatus and System,we design problem -based learning cases through multidisciplinary partnership .The pathogen biology is the center among several fundamental and clinical medical disciplinary .The PBL case is selected from some real clinical cases , and was divided several roles .We also provide multimedia and clinical examination report ,supply an attempt for students and teachers to act as doctorsand patients .There were several fundamental and clinical medical teachers and doctors in our design team to assure the quality of PBL case .Results Students reflect the good significantly participation and the improvement in spirit and abilities of self -study.Conclusions PBL Case's design based on multidisciplinary partnership is the crucial element for the prosperity of PBL teaching .
