目的：观察中西医结合对经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术后患者血尿的影响。方法在2014年10月至2015年10月在本院行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的患者60例，符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组（ n＝30）和对照组（ n＝30），所有患者围手术期均给予相应干预措施。分别在术后连续4周观察记录血尿转阴率、血尿转阴时间。结果治疗组与对照组相比，术后第1、2周，两组血尿转阴率无明显差异（P＞0．05），而从术后第3周开始，治疗组血尿转阴率明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。总体的血尿转阴时间相比，治疗组较对照组明显缩短，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术围手术期辅助辨证使用中药治疗，提高术后患者的机体免疫，更有利于机体的恢复，创面愈合，缩短术后血尿时间，对患者的恢复具有长远意义。%Objective To observe the influence of self-made Qianlielongbitong recipe and Finasteride on the incidence of hematuria in patients who received transurethral plasmakinetie enucleation of the prostate . Methods 60 suitable patients who received PKRP operations during December 2014 and December 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n=30 ) and the control group ( n=30 ) .All patients were given corresponding treatment in perioperative period .Parameters included hematuria overcast rate and time were observed after operation .Results The first and second week after operation , the difference of hematuria overcast rate between the treatment group and control group had no statistically significant (P>0.05).And from the third week after operation , hematuria overcast rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group , with statistical significance (P<0.05).The overall hematuria overcast rate of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05) .Conclusions In the perioperative auxiliary treatment using traditional Chinese medicine can improve the immune function of patients after operation , and this is beneficial to the recovery of the body , wound healing and shorten the time of postoperative hematuria .It has a long-term significance on recovery of the patient .
