1型糖尿病患儿父母教养方式的调查分析

摘要

Objective To understand parenting style in children with type 1 diabetes,so as to provide a reference basis for health education and psychological guidance. Methods 67 children with type 1 diabetes were recruited from 8 hospitals in Fujian province by convenience sampling method. The children were investigated using Egma minnen av bardndosnaupporstran. Results The average scores of fathers 'overprotection and mathers 'decline and deny were inferior to social norm in parenting style( P<0.05) . The average scores of fathers' effective warmth and understanding in children with upper level grades were superior to children with medium and lower level grades(P<0.05). Conclusions Parents should choose a reasonable way of parenting for children with chronic diseases in the family, avoid over protection. In particular, the father's understanding, encouragement, warm parenting style on the patient's impact is greater.%目的：通过调查了解1型糖尿病患儿的父母教养方式，为临床制定健康教育与心理指导提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样方法，应用父母教养方式评价量表对福建省六所三级甲等医院、两所三级乙等医院67例1型糖尿病患儿进行调查。结果1型糖尿病患儿父母教养方式中父亲过度保护因子与母亲拒绝、否认因子平均分均低于社会常模，组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学习成绩中上水平的患儿其父亲教养方式中情感温暖、理解因子的得分高于学习成绩中等及中下水平者，组间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论面对家庭中的慢病患儿，父母亲应选择合理的教养方式，避免过度保护，尤其是父亲理解、鼓励、温暖的教养方式对患儿的影响较大。
