基层医院重症医学科护士工作压力来源分析

             

摘要

Objective To analyze the sources of work stress of nurses in intensive care in primary hospitals, and to explore the countermeasures to relieve the pressure of work.Methods 16 nurses (study group) working in the intensive care unit of our hospital and 16 nurses (control group) working in the general wards of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.To clarify the source and extent of work stress of the two groups of nurses, and to explore ways to relieve stress.Results The sources of stress of nurses in the Department of intensive care unit included work errors, frequent shifts, and the nursing work was not recognized by the patients and their families.There were no significant differences between the nurses in the intensive care unit and the nurses in the control group (P>0.05).The work pressure of the nurses in intensive care unit was higher than that of the general ward nurses (P<0.05).The main sources of stress were nursing care.Except for the management and interpersonal relationship, the scores of nurses' work stress sources in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The nurses of intensive care in primary hospital have a wide range of sources of work stress.The main source of pressure is patient care.The department should actively explore ways to relieve the pressure of nurses to reduce the impact on nurses' working efficiency.%目的 分析基层医院重症医学科护士的工作压力来源,并探讨缓解工作压力的对策.方法 选取在我院重症医学科工作的16名护士(研究组)和在我院普通病房工作的16名护士(对照组)作为研究对象,制定中国护理工作压力来源表为两组护士发放,明确两组护士的工作压力来源及程度,并结合压力来源探讨缓解压力的对策.结果 重症医学科护士的压力来源包括工作差错、倒班频繁、护理工作未被患者及其家属认可等,与对照组护士比较无明显差异(P>0.05);该科室工作压力较普通病房护士高(P<0.05),两组护士的首要压力来源均为患者护理方面,除管理及人际关系方面外,研究组护士工作压力来源量表中各方面问题的评分均较对照组护士高(P<0.05).结论 基层医院重症医学科护士的工作压力来源较广,最主要的压力来源为患者护理方面,科室应积极探索缓解护士工作压力的对策,以减轻工作压力对护士工作效率的影响.
