当前中职学前教育专业培养目标普遍存在“重艺术技能,轻专业岗位能力”的现象,生物等一些自然学科被视为副科。本文通过调查研究,分析了学前专业学生的生源状况及生物教学存在的不足及产生的原因,并运用生物学教学论的理论,结合培养幼儿教师素质的全面性和发展的可持续性的教育理念提出了改革策略。%It is a common phenomenon that artistic technique has been advocated rather than professional capacity in the current pre-school education specialty in Secondary Vocational School. Biology and some other natural science are considered as sub-disci-plines. This paper, based on research, analyses the student resource of pre-school education specialty, the shortage of current Biology teaching and the cause of this problem. By applying the theory of Biology Pedagogy, combining with the educational idea that the quality need to be comprehensive and the development need to be sustainable during the process of cultivating pre-school teacher, this paper presents some reform strategies.
