企业员工培训效果评估指标体系的构建

     

摘要

Through literature study, expert interviews and questionnaires, we construct the evaluation index system of staff training effectiveness of enterprises. According to the principle of perfecting the system, minimality and the operability, we divide the evaluation index system into two dimensions, i.e. the performance evaluation of individual learning and the evaluation of organizational performance. There are six secondary indexes, i.e. the mastery of knowledge, the changes of staff behaviors, the changes of the job performance, the satisfaction, the internal processes and the growth, and the finance. There are also seventeen tertiary indicators in the system. This system can help enterprises to understand the effectiveness of training, and find the problems existing in the training.%运用文献研究、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,构建企业员工培训效果评估指标体系,本着体系完善、最小性和可操作性原则,将培训效果评估指标体系划分为个人学习效果评估和组织绩效效果评估两大维度,包括知识的掌握程度、员工行为习惯变化、员工工作绩效变化、满意度、内部流程和成长、财务6个二级指标和17个三级指标。该指标体系能够帮助企业了解培训效果,发现培训中存在的问题。
