高职院校基于CDIO理念的企业培训模式探索与实践——以酒店行业培训为例

     

摘要

目前高职院校企业培训存在着制度不健全、创新乏力等问题。青岛职业技术学院酒店管理专业经过系统调研、构思,设计开发出基于CDIO理念的企业培训模式,改变了以往高职院校企业培训存在的劣势以及酒店企业很难接受并认可高校为其提供的培训模式和培训课程的现状。基于CDIO理念的企业培训模式,重点在于系统设计培训方案,探究多种培训方法,调动培训学员的积极性,建立评估和反馈机制,等等。这一模式可以为高职院校拓展企业培训、增进校企耦合提供一种可参考的新模式。%At present, enterprises training in vocational colleges lack the complete system and in- novation. Based on the systematic survey, the hotel management major of Qingdao Technical College conceived and developed an enterprises training mode based on CDIO philosophy, which changed the disadvantages of previous enterprises training in higher vocational colleges as well as the situation that hotels find it difficult to accept the training modules and training courses offered by colleges and uni- versities. The training mode based on CDIO philosophy focuses on systematic design of training pro- grams, exploration of various training methods, mobilization of the participants" enthusiasm, estab- lishment of evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and so on. This mode provides the higher vocational colleges for reference with a new mode of expanding enterprises training, and improving the school- enterprise coupling.
