跨越差异,增强学校发展软实力——对青岛电子学校两地办学中校园文化建设的思考

At present, the education in Qingdao is facing the great development opportunity. If and how the former different schools that compose one new school could integrate with each other in order is an important problem in the construction of the educational park. It＇s a feasible breakthrough point to promote the integration of different teachers by means of the campus culture. The campus culture has the functions of guidance, inspiration, union and so on, which will not only clear the negative mentality of the teachers, but also have the persistency.%当前,青岛教育面临着大跨越的发展机遇。组合成一所新校的原不同学校之间能否、如何有序融合将是教育园区建设中的大问题。利用校园文化促进不同教师间的融合是一个可行的切入点。校园文化具有导向、激励和凝聚等功能,不仅可以疏导教职员工的逆反心理,而且具有持续性。
