从建构主义的角度看，教学关系应当呈现出师生围绕着一定的教学内容共同进步、共同发展的状态。但受多方面因素影响，高校体育教师在把握教学关系的过程中存在着一些问题，影响了高校人才培养质量的提高和“终身体育、健康第一”体育教学指导思想的贯彻。从教师的角度，应当在教学目的、道德修养和教学原则等方面加强思考，积极改变，促进高校体育教学关系的健康发展。%The relations between teaching and studying should take on the status in which teachers and students advance together and develop together around some teaching content in terms of con-structivism .However ,due to the influence of many factors ,the PE teachers have some problems in the process of grasping the relations between teaching and studying ,which have influenced the im-provement of the talents cultivation in colleges and universities and the implementation of the PE teaching instruction thoughts of lifelong PE and fitness first .The teachers should strengthen thoughts on teaching goals ,moral cultivation and teaching principals and make changes actively in order to pro-mote the healthy development of the PE relations between teaching and studying .
