质量的好坏，直接影响到高校学报的学术论文是否能被国际权威检索系统收录，如：美国《工程索引》（EI），《科学引文索引》（SCI），《科学与技术会议录索引》（ISTP），《化学文摘》（CA），英国《科学文摘》（SA）。被国际权威检索系统收录及收录量的多少，是高校学报整体质量的综合体现。学术论文在国际上被收录的数量和被引用频率取决于高质量的英文。如果一篇反映一项新的科研成果的论文，其英文不能全面反映其研究要点，或者语意表达不准确，论文再好也难以被国际权威检索系统收录。高质量的英文必须符合国际文摘标准、国家文摘标准及国际权威检索系统的收录标准。%The quality of English abstracts of journals of universities and colleges decides if theses can be indexed by the international famous index system .English abstracts must meet the require-ments of international and national standards .English abstracts of journals of universities and colleges are studied to generalize the nonstandard mistakes . Taking the mistakes in the theses available in Journal of Qingdao Technical College as an example ,and based on the standards ,the relative writ-ing standards are proposed .
