According to the Manila Amendments and our country maritime affairs to the voyage educational request,the problem which training and assessment present condition to maritime simulator training and assessment carries on analysis,putting forward a homologous countermeasures.%根据马尼拉修正案以及我国海事部门对航海教育的要求,针对航海模拟器培训和评估的现状进行分析,提出相应的对策。
