丛枝菌根真菌提高植物抗病性的分子机制

             

摘要

丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)作为土壤中重要生物组份之一,不仅能促进植物吸收利用养分,而且能拮抗土传病原物、提高植物抗病性,即具有生物药肥双重作用.业已证实,AMF通过物理学、生物学、生理学、生物化学和分子生物学等机制提高植物抗病性.本文重点总结了近10年来AMF拮抗病原物、诱导植物抗病性的分子机制的研究进展与存在的问题.旨在为当前和今后研究提供依据.%Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) as one of the important biological components in the soil not only enhance plant to absorb nutrients, but also antagonize soil - born pathogens and increase plant disease resistance, i. e. have a role of both bio -fertilizer and bio -pesticide. It has been proved that AMF have physical, biological, physiological, biochemical and molecular mechanisms of improving plant disease resistance. The author reviewed advances in the study of molecular mechanisms of antagonizing pathogens and inducing plant disease resistance/tolerance by AMF in recent ten years, in order to provide the foundation for further research and application.
