PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition capable of infecting plants with versicular, arbuscular mycorrhiza fungus (VA mycorrhiza fungus), subjecting to symbiosis, reducing an amount of applied fertilizer, containing spores of VA mycorrhiza fungus and charcoal. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing spores of VA mycorrhiza fungus (endotrophic mycorrhiza containing versicular body and arbuscular body) (e.g. genus Gigaspora or Sclerocystis) and charcoal.
