基层医院护士职业防护意识及影响因素调查

摘要

目的:调查基层医院护士职业防护意识现状,分析影响因素,探讨有针对性的对策.方法:采取整群随抽样方法机抽取沭阳县两所综合性医院410名注册在职护士为调查对象,采用自行编制的基层医院护士职业防护意识调查问卷进行调查.结果:基层护士职业防护能力各维度评分由高到低分别是个人素质、应急处理能力、心理应激能力、知识储备、危机评估能力;参加职业防护培训、接受职业防护继续教育培训和职称是基层医院护士职业防护意识及应对能力的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:基层医院护士职业防护意识及其应对能力处于中下水平,其职业防护知识的储备及对职业暴露的评估应对能力欠缺较为突出.应加强对护士进行职业防护知识的培训,积极为基层医院护士提供职业防护知识继续教育的机会,提高基层医院护士职业暴露的应对能力.%Objective: To investigate the current situation of the consciousness of occupational protection of nurses in grass - roots hos -rnpital and analyze the influencing factors so as to find some countermeasures . Methods: The cluster random sampling method was adopted tornselect 410 registered nurses of two general hospitals of Shuyang county as study objects and the self - designed questionnaire was used tornmake an investigation on the consciousness of occupational protection of the nurses . Results: The scores in each dimension of occupationalrnprotection ability of nurses from high to low were the personal qualities , the emergency handling ability , the ability of psychological stress ,rnthe knowledge reserve and crisis evaluation ability ; The main factors to influence the consciousness of occupational protection and coping a -rnbility of nurses were participation in occupational protection training , accepting continuing education on occupational protection and profes -rnsional title (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The consciousness of occupational protection and coping ability of nurses in grass - roots hospital arernin the middle and lower level. We should strengthen the occupational protection training for nurses and provide them more opportunities tornget continuing education so as to improve their response ability to occupational exposure .
