改良温和悬灸疗法在类风湿关节炎痹症中的应用及护理

摘要

目的：探讨改良温和悬灸疗法在类风湿关节炎（ RA）痹症中的应用效果及护理方法。方法：将130例RA患者按照家属及患者充分知情自愿原则分为观察组76例和对照组54例，对照组采用常规西药氟米特片进行治疗，观察组采用改良温和悬灸法治疗；1个月后观察两组疗效情况、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、白细胞（ WBC）计数、血小板（ PLT）计数、血沉（ ESR）及疾病活动28个关节评分（ DAS28）及生活质量评分。结果：观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；两组治疗后的压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、PLT、ESR、DAS28评分比较差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05），观察组治疗后、随访第6个月生活质量评分高于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论：改良温和悬灸疗法在RA痹症治疗中效果可靠，同时做好心理护理、艾灸护理、饮食指导及功能锻炼，可有效改善患者症状，提升患者的生活质量。%Objective:Todiscusstheeffectofthemodifiedmildmoxibustiontherapyinthetreatmentofrheumatoidarthritisandnursing methods. Methods:130 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into the observation group(n=76)and the control group(n=54) in the light of the principle of informed consent. The patients in the control group were treated with Leflunomide tablets and the patients in the observation group received the modified mild moxibustion therapy. After one month,the curative effect,tender joint count,swollen joint count,white blood cell(WBC)count,platelet(PLT)count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),disease activity score(DAS28)and life quality score were observed in the two groups. Results:The effective rate was higher in the observation group than the control group( P﹤0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the tender joint count,swollen joint count,PLT,ESR and DAS28 score between the two groups after treatment(P ﹤0. 05);the life quality score was higher in the observation group than the control group after treatment and after follow - up for sixth months(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The curative effect of the modified mild moxibustion therapy is reliable in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Meanwhile the careful psychological nursing care,nursing care during moxibustion ,diet instruction and functional exercise can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients.
