Objective To explore the application value of modified mild moxibustion therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into the observation group (70 cases) and control group (80 cases) according to the different treatment methods. The observation group was treated with modified mild suspension acupuncture therapy, while the control group was treated with leflunomide. The clin-ical efficacy, clinical indicators and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%, significantly higher than the control group of 77.5%(P<0.05). After treatment, the tender joint count, swollen joint count, platelet (PLT), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and dis-ease activity score 28 (DAS28) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment and the fourth month of follow-up, quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group [(70.5±15.2) vs (64.3±14.4);(81.6±15.5) vs (71.6±14.3), P<0.05]. Conclusion The effect of modified mild moxibustion therapy is significant in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and the operation is sim-ple. It is a recommended choice for rheumatoid arthritis and is worthy of promotion in clinical application.%目的 观察改良温和悬灸疗法在类风湿关节炎中的应用效果.方法 将150例类风湿关节炎患者根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组70例和对照组80例,观察组给予改良温和悬灸疗法,对照组给予常规的西药氟米特片治疗.记录并比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项临床指标以及生活质量的评分.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、血小板(PLT)、血沉(ESR)以及类风湿关节炎疾病活动性评分(DAS28评分)均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后及随访的第4个月,观察组生活质量的评分显著高于对照组[(70.5±15.2)分vs (64.3±14.4)分;(81.6±15.5)分vs (71.6±14.3)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改良温和悬灸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的效果明显,且操作方法简单,为治疗类风湿关节炎的较好选择,值得在临床上推广应用.
