微技能培训法在提高急诊年轻护士应急能力中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨微技能培训法在提高急诊年轻护士应急能力中的应用效果。方法:对我院急诊科现有30名工作5年以下的年轻护士进行微技能培训,比较培训前后临床实地考核综合能力,进行焦虑量表评估,并医生和患者各150名进行满意度调查。结果:培训后护士在发现问题、解决问题、应急操作能力、危重护理记录书写质量方面较培训前明显提高( P<0.05);培训后焦虑量值与培训前比较明显下降( P<0.05);培训后医生及患者满意率较培训前明显提高( P<0.05)。结论:应用微技能培训方法对护士进行系统的抢救应急培训,可在短时间内大幅度提高其在危重情况下的应急能力,大大增强护士的工作信心,提高患者的安全性。%Objective:To investigate the application effect of micro-skill training method in improving the emergency response capacity of young nurses in the emergency department. Methods:30 young nurses who have worked less than 5 years in the emergency department of our hospital received micro-skill training,the comprehensive abilities of the nurses were assessed and the satisfaction of 150 doctors and 150 patients were respectively surveyed before and after the training. Results:The nursesˊabilities of finding and solving problems,operation ability in the emergency treatment and writing quality of nursing records obviously improved after the training compared with those before the training(P<0. 05);the value of anxiety of the nurses significantly decreased after the training compared with that before the training (P<0. 05);the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients increased significantly after the training than that before the training(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The micro-skill training method in the systematic emergency training can greatly improve the ability of nurses in response to emergency in critical situations within a short time and can enhance the nursesˊconfidence in the work.
