老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度与心理幸福感相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度与心理幸福感的关系。方法：采用家庭关怀度指数问卷量表（FAI）和心理幸福感量表（PWE）对100例老年慢性病患者进行调查，分析家庭关怀度与心理幸福感之间的相关性。结果：本组老年慢性病患者FAI 总评分为（5.73±2.51）分，家庭关怀度高者 PWE 总评分高于家庭关怀度低者（P <0.01）；相关性分析显示，PWE 与 FAI 得分呈高度正相关性（P <0.01）。结论：老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度低是影响其心理幸福感的重要变量因素，因此提高老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度有助于增强其心理幸福感，提高心理健康水平。%Objective:To explore the relationship between family care degree and psychological well - being of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods:FAI and PWE were used to investigate 100 elderly patients with chronic diseases,and the correlation between family care degree and psychological well - being was analyzed. Results:The total score of FAI of elderly patients with chronic disease was 5. 73 ± 2. 51 points and the total score of PWE was higher in those who had higher family care degree than those who had lower family care degree(P < 0. 01);the correlation analysis showed that PWE and FAI scores were highly positive correlated(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The lower family care degree is the important variable factors to affect psychological well - being of elderly patients with chronic diseases,so the improvement of family care degree can enhance their psychological well - being and mental health.
