早期康复护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的影响

摘要

目的:探讨早期康复护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗依从性、神经和生活质量的影响.方法:根据入院治疗时间,将130例急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为对照组和研究组各65例,均接受常规内科药物治疗,对照组采用传统护理模式干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施早期康复护理干预,比较两组治疗依从性、神经(CSS)与肢体运动(FMI)评分及生活质量各指标评分情况.结果:研究组治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组CSS评分低于对照组,且FMI评分高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组干预后生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施早期康复护理干预,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善其神经及肢体运动能力,同时,提高其生活质量.%Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment compliance ,nerve and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods:According to the time of admission ,a total of 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into the control group and the study group ,65 cases in each group ,and all received routine medical treatment .The control group was intervened by traditional nursing mode .The study group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the con -trol group.The treatment compliance,nerve(CSS)and limb movement(FMI)score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the CSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,and the FMI score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01),and the scores of quality of life in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with acute ischemic stroke can improve treatment compliance ,improve nerve and limb movement ability ,and improve their quality of life .
