二级预检分诊管理模式在改进门诊质量管理中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨门诊二级预检分诊管理模式在改进门诊质量管理中的应用效果.方法:按照入院先后将其分为观察组576例和对照组568例,观察组采用二级预检分诊管理模式,对照组采用常规分诊模式.比较两组就诊等候时间、满意度、分诊准确率等方面的差异.结果:观察组就诊患者在等候时间少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组分诊准确率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组就诊流程、就诊环境、等候时间、专业水平及人文关怀等方面满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:二级预检分诊管理模式重视诊前预检和有效评估,分清隶属专科、了解患者需求及疾病严重程度,能有效减少患者退换号现象,在缩短就诊等候时间、提高就诊质量、改善就诊体验方面具有重要作用.%Objective:To explore the application effect of the second pre-triage management mode in improvement the application effect of quality management in out-patient department .Methods:According to the order of admission ,a total of 1144 patients were divided into the observation group with 576 cases and the control group with 568 cases.The observation group was given the second level pre-triage management mode ,and the control group was given the conventional triage mode .The differences in the waiting time ,satisfaction rate and accuracy rate of the two groups were compared .Results:The observation group′s waiting time was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group′s triage accuracy rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group′s satisfaction rate for treatment process ,medical environment ,waiting time,professional level and humanistic care and other aspects was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The second level pre-triage management mode pays more attention to diagnosis and effective assessment of pre-inspection ,distinguishs membership specialist ,understands the needs of the patients and the severity of the disease , can effectively improvepatients withdrawing condition , plays an important role in shortening the waiting time,improve medical quality ,and improves the treatment experience .
