Under the reference of the spirit of Apollo and Dionysus by Nitzsch, the paper makes a theoretic analysis of the art spirit in Qu Ode. Rational restriction and irrational impulse in inditing construct the core of the art spirit in Qu Ode and make it a great art achievement.%以尼采日神、酒神精神为参照，对屈赋文本背后的艺术精神作理论分析。在屈赋文本中，同时呈现出理性对作者创作的约束和非理性在作者创作中的冲动，两者构成屈赋艺术精神的关键内核，使屈赋取得极大的艺术成就。
