补中益气汤对坐骨神经损伤大鼠血清 SOD 和 MDA 的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the influence of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on serum SOD and MDA in sciatic nerve injury rat.Methods:Rat sciatic nerve injury model were established and treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in rat serum were measured.Results:Compared with the sciatic nerve injury group,Buzhong Yiqi decoction group exhibited reduced MDA content and enhanced SOD activity.Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction can improve the re-pair of sciatic nerve injury.Buzhong Yiqi decoction can protect the sciatic nerve.%目的：观察补中益气汤对坐骨神经损伤大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及丙二醛（MDA）的影响。方法：补中益气汤治疗坐骨神经损伤模型，观察补中益气汤对大鼠血清 SOD、MDA含量的影响。结果：与坐骨神经损伤组相比，补中益气汤组降低了血清丙二醛含量，增强了超氧化物歧化酶活性。结论：补中益气汤能促进坐骨神经损伤的修复，起到一定保护坐骨神经的作用。
