目的 探讨品管圈活动在精神病专科医院开展的可行性和有效性,提升医院基层员工参与医院管理的积极性、管理能力和管理知识水平.方法 在专科医院启动品管圈活动,成立品管圈领导小组,制定活动方案,举办品管圈知识培训,组织成立品管圈,召开品管圈促进会,外请专家进行督导,自制“品管圈活动情况调查表”对活动情况进行评估,召开品管圈成果会,进行表彰活动.结果 首期共成立29个品管圈,主题涉及临床医疗、护理、药事、后勤保障、行政管理等方面的内容,结题27例,脱落2例,结题率为93.1％.29个圈的平均目标达成率为110.3％,进步率为47.3％,29个圈中有44项标准化,无形成果和知识水平调查.结论 品管圈在精神病专科医院应用可行、有效,能有效系统解决工作中的实际问题,基层员工的管理能力和知识水平均明显提升.%Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of quality control circle (QCC) activities in psychiatric hospital to improve the hospital management ability and knowledge in grass-roots employees.Methods A series of QCC activities had been held in psychiatric hospital,such as establishing leading group of QCC,formulating activity plan,holding QCC knowledge training,founding QCC groups,carrying out QCC promotion conference,and inviting specialist to be the supervisor,evaluating the process and result of the activities,giving rewards to excellent QCC group.Results 29 QCC groups had been established and their themes were about clinical medical,nursing care,pharmaceutical affairs,logistical support,public administration and etc.27 QCC groups had completed their final report and 2 QCC groups fell off;the completive rate was 93.1％.The target achievement ratio was 110.3％,and the progress rate was 47.3％.44 research results were put into use and standardization;the intangible results and knowledge were upgraded.Conclusion It's practicable and effective for QCC to be used in psychiatric hospital,which may resolve practical issues in work and improve management ability and knowledge level in grass-roots employees.
