中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效.方法:96例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例, 两组均用西药治疗, 观察组加用中药治疗.结果:总有效率观察组91.67％、对照组68.75％, 两组比较差异有统计学意义 (χ2=7.94, P<0.05) .结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效较好.%Objective:To Analyze and discuss the clinical trerapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on patients with peptic ulcer.Method:96 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48) based on randomized table.Patients in both groups were treated with western medicine and patients in the observation group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.67％ (44/48) and 68.75％ (33/48) respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=7.94, P<0.05) .Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of peptic ulcer patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is superior to that of western medicine alone.
