目的:了解地图舌相关的影响因素,为预防儿童地图舌提供一定的理论依据.方法:在门诊调查的基础上,通过对76例地图舌患儿与80名健康儿童进行对照,对其相关因素及伴发症状进行对比分析.采用卡方检验、logistic回归分析方法进行统计分析.结果:通过单因素分析,发现个人过敏史、家族过敏史、呼吸道感染、偏食和食物过敏与地图舌发病有关.经多因素logistic分析显示,家族过敏史、呼吸道感染和食物过敏与地图舌发病有关.结论:个人过敏史,家族过敏史,食物过敏可能是地图舌发病的危险因素.地图舌患儿呼吸道感染,偏食的发生率比健康儿童高.%Objective: To study the etiological factors of geographic tongue in children. Methods: 76 children with geographic tongue (geographic group) and 80 healthy controls (control group) were surveyed by questionaire. Related factors and associated symptoms of geographic tongue were statistically analysed with chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Results: Single factor analysis showedthat personal and family history of allergy, respiratory infection, junk food and food allergy were correlated with geographic tongue; the logistic analysis showed family history of allergy, respiratory infection and food allergy were correlated with geographic tongue. Conclusion: Personal and family history of allergies and food allergies may be risk factors of geographic tongue. The incidence of respiratory infections and dietary bias in children with geographic tongue is higher than that in healthy counterparts.
