全口义齿的基托成型

摘要

全口义齿基托成型关系到义齿基托加工精度.基托成型传统采用装盒法,通过装盒、烫盒、冲蜡、充填树脂、压盒、热处理、出盒、磨光等步骤将义齿基托蜡型替换成树脂基托.注塑法是另外一种义齿基托成型技术,制作过程简便,加工精度更高,并且能够保存无牙颌石膏模型,但是需要特殊设备.本文详细描述了上述2种临床基托成型技术,并且比较了两者的优缺点.%The base processing of complete denture plays the important role for the definitive precision of complete denture. Traditionally the base processing employs the cartooning method to replace the wax by dental resin, whose major steps include boxing, flanking, resin-filling, heat treatment, and so on. Recently another method was introduced to produce resin base with injection moulding, which can avoid the occurrence of the mistakes of traditional methods and simplify the process. Special laboratory appliances are required for this manufacture method. This article illustrates and describes the above two methods, the merits and faults of each method are also discussed.
