经椎弓根支柱块置入治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of vertebral pillar block implantation through vertebral pedicle in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Methods The study involved 21patients(42 vertebral pillar blocks)with tho-racolumbar vertebral fractures without neurological deficit treated with vertebral pillar block implantation through vertebral ped-icle in our hospital. The ratio of vertebral height,Cobb angle,Visual analogue scale(VAS)and early postoperative recovery were evaluated. Results 21 patients were followed up for 10 ~ 24 months(mean 13. 7 months). The ratio of vertebral height, Cobb angle and VAS were significantly different(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Vertebral pillar block implantation can effectively restore the vertebral mechanical strength,reduce further loss of vertebral height. It is a safe and effective method for thoraco-lumbar vertebral fractures.%目的：探讨经椎弓根支柱块植入椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择椎体压缩骨折且无脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折患者21例，采用经椎弓根椎体支柱块置入治疗（共用42枚椎体支柱块），观察术前及术后椎体高度比、Cobb 角、VAS 评分及术后恢复情况。结果21例患者均获10~24个月随访，平均13.7个月。治疗后伤椎高度比、Cobb 角及 VAS 评分较术前明显改善（P ﹤0.01）。结论经椎弓根支柱块置入治疗胸腰椎骨折能够增强椎体前中柱的支撑，有效地恢复并维持伤椎的高度，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
