E-钙黏蛋白在宫颈上皮瘤变及宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘要

目的:探讨E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测15例正常宫颈上皮组织、56例宫颈C1N组织及19例宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin的表达并应用阳性细胞百分率表示E-cadherin表达的强度.结果:E-cadherin在正常宫颈上皮组织、宫颈CIN组织及宫颈鳞癌组中表达的阳性率分别为100.0％、57.1％及36.8％(P＜0.05)；在正常宫颈上皮E-cadherin呈现膜表达,而在宫颈CIN及宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin的膜表达减弱或缺失,呈现出胞浆表达.E-eadherin在宫颈CIN Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中表达的阳性率分别为87.5％、55.0％、35.0％(P＜0.05).在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin表达的阳性率分别为28.6％、40.0％、50.0％,(P＞0.05)结论:宫颈CIN及宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin表达的下调及表达的重新分布参与了CIN及宫颈鳞癌的发生.%Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical squamous cell cancer. Methods 90 paraffin-embedded tissues were chosen, including normal cervical epithelium (n = 15),CIN(n = 56) and cervical squamous cell cancer (n = 19).The expression of E-cadherin were detected by the immunohistochemical staining (S-P method). Results E-cadherin mainly expressed in cell membranes in normal cervical tissue. However, in CIN and cervical squamous cell cancer tissue,the expression of E-cadherin weakened or lost in the cell membrane. Some could be found in cell plasma. The positive expression of E-cadherin in normal cervix, CIN, cervical squamous cell cancer tissue were 100.0% , 57.1% and 36.8% respectively(P< 0.05). The positive expression of E-cadherin in CIN Ⅰ、.CIN Ⅱ、CINⅢ were 87.5%, 55.0%, 35.0% respectively (P < 0.05). The positive expression of E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell cancer stage Ⅰ , stage Ⅱ , stage Ⅲwere 28.6%, 40.0%, 50.0% respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion The downregulation and redistribution of E-cadherin mybe result in the occurrence of CIN and cervical squamous carcinoma.
