血清S-100B、神经烯醇化酶在重型手足口病患儿颅脑损伤中的检测意义

             

摘要

Objective To explore the level of S-100B and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in the serum of craniocerebral injury and their clinical significance in children with severe hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods The serum levels of S-100B and NSE were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 58 children with severe HFMD from June to December in 2012 in our hospital were selected as the study group, in which 40 cases were severe type, 18 cases of critical type, including 3 cases of deaths. At the same time, 39 cases with mild type HFMD were selected as the control group, 30 cases from the outpatient health check-up children as the normal control group. There were no significant statistical difference in age and gender of the three groups (P > 0.05). The relationship of serum S-100B and NSE of craniocerebral injury in children with severe HFMD and the prognosis was analyzed. Results (1) Compared with the two control groups, the S-100B and NSE level in study group were significant different (P < 0.01). (2) Compared with the mild type of HFMD, the S-100B and NSE level in the normal control group were not significant statistical different (P >0.05). (3) Compared with the severe type of HFMD, the S-100B and NSE level in the critical type group were significant statistical different (P < 0.05). (4) There were significant statistical difference in the S-100B and NSE level between before and after treatment in Children with severe HFMD (P < 0.05). Conclusion The serum level of S-100B and NSE could reflect the severity of the craniocerebral injury of severe HFMD and may serve as two important indexs of predicting the prognosis in children with severe HFMD.%目的:探讨血清S-100B、神经烯醇化酶(NSE)在重型手足口病(HFMD)患儿颅脑损伤中检测的临床价值。方法:用酶联免疫测定法检测 S-100B、NSE 的水平含量。选取本院2012年6-12月住院部重型HFMD患儿58例(重型HFMD组),其中重型40例,危重型18例(含3例死亡病例);同期住院轻型 HFMD患儿39例为轻型HFMD组,另取同期门诊健康体检儿童30例作为正常对照组。分析两者与重型HFMD患儿颅脑损伤严重程度及预后的关系。结果:(1)重型 HFMD 组患儿血清 S-100B、NSE 水平明显高于轻型HFMD组及正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)轻型HFMD组患儿与正常对照组血清S-100B、NSE水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)危重型与重型HFMD患儿血清S-100B、NSE 水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)重型HFMD患儿治疗前后血清 S-100B、NSE 水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清S-100B、NSE在重型HFMD中可反映颅脑损伤严重程度,可作为重型HFMD患儿颅脑损伤早期诊断及预后评估的重要指标。
