目的 分析输卵管脓肿的CT及磁共振成像(MRI)特征性表现,以提高对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断的准确性. 方法 通过回顾性收集18例输卵管脓肿患者的CT增强图像及MRI的影像表现, 分析病变的形态、边缘,强化类型及信号特点. 结果 18例病例多表现为附件区的囊性或囊实性包块,病变呈管状、腊肠状、多房状及蜂窝状改变,壁厚,强化明显,囊内见分隔影,病灶周围模糊,可见渗出、粘连及盆腔积液等征象,T1WI呈等或低信号,T2WI呈高信号,DWI呈高信号. 结论 CT及MRI的影像表现可较为清晰显示病变本身及周边特点,具有较高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值.%Objective To analyze the characteristics of CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of the fallopian tube abscess. Methods CT images of 18 patients with tubal abscess were collected and imaging features of MRI were analyzed, and the morphology, edge, enhancement and signal of the lesions were analyzed. Results 18 cases were showed as follows, adnexal cystic or cystic solid of mass lesions were tubular or sausage shaped, or have multilocular and honeycomb change, the wall were thick with obvious enhance-ment, cystic septa have shadow, it was fuzzy around the lesion, and exudation, adhesion and pelvic effusion signs ap-peared. By T1WI low signal were showed and high signal on T2WI, DWI showed high signals. Conclusion The imag-ing appearances of CT and MRI can clearly show the characteristics of the lesion itself and its peripheral, and have a high diagnostic value.
