组织谐波技术在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值研究

     

摘要

目的 通过对比分析判断组织谐波成像技术(THI)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的诊断价值. 方法 选取我院2014年1月至2015年2月新生儿科按2005年版《新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断标准》确诊的新生儿HIE住院患者68例,采用GE LOGIQ 5 EKPERT超声诊断仪,先常规超声检查即基波成像分析记录图像并诊断,然后再启用THI再次对新生儿颅脑重复检查分析记录图像并诊断. 对比分析两者对新生儿HIE的阳性发现率.结果 常规超声检查即基波成像诊断45例,阳性发现率为66%(45/68),启用THI对新生儿颅脑检查诊断61例,阳性发现率为90%(61/68),两者阳性发现率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 THI较基波成像能进一步提高阳性发现率,可提高超声医师的诊断信心,又为临床提供更多的诊断信息,进一步发挥超声检查的优势.%Objective To judge the value of tissue harmonic imaging (THI) in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy by comparative analysis. Methods Sixty-eight cases of inpatients in our hospital were se-lected from January 2014 to February 2015 with the final diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ac-cording to neonatal press 2005 edition "diagnosic standard of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy". Using ul-trasonic diagnostic instrument of GE LOGIQ 5 EKPERT, firstly fundamental imaging (FI) as routine ultrasound exami-nation was underwent to analyze and diagnose recorded images, then THI was applied again for repeated inspection record and analysis of brain image. Comparatively analyze the positive findings of both on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Results Forty-five cases were diagnosed by FI as conventional ultrasound examination with the positive rate of 66%(45/68), while 61 cases were diagnosed by THI with the positive rate of 90%(61/68), and the dif-ference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion THI can further improve the posi-tive rate than FI, which can increase diagnostic confidence of ultrasound doctors, provide more diagnostic information for clinical, and further exert the advantage of ultrasound examination.
