The Pattern and Early Diagnostic Value ofDoppler Ultrasound for Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) is a common disease in neonate with asphyxia; it often leads to death or remains neurological sequel in some survivals. Early diagnosis is important for ameliorating their prognosis. This study aims to study the cerebral hemodynamic changes and characteristics of blood flow frequency spectrum in full-term neonates with HIE, and thereby to provide a sensitive and specific index for the early diagnosis of neonatal HIE.
