Dyke﹣Davidoff﹣Masson综合征CT特征分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the CT imaging findings of Dyke Davidoff Masson syndrome. Methods The CT imaging features and clinical data of Dyke David off Masson syndrome in 5 patients were analyzed retrospectively with literature review. Results In the five patients, lesions involving the left side of the cerebral hemisphere in four cases and one case on the right side. Brain stem atrophy of the brain in two cases, three cases with encephalo﹣mala﹣cia, all of the patients suffered from thalamic atrophy and lentiform nucleus hypoplasia with ipsilateral ventricular di﹣latation and displacement of the midline structures. One case with temporal occipital horn porencephaly cyst was found. Unilateral calvaria diploe thickened in two cases. There are hyperpneumatization of frontal sinus and mastoid and elevation of the petrous ridge and the greater wing of sphenoid bone and hypoplasia of the cranial fossa in five patients. Conclusion DDMS displays some typical CT imaging features relatively, and it can be diagnosed correctly according to imaging findings in combination with clinical characters.%目的：分析Dyke﹣Davidoff﹣Masson综合征（DDMS）的CT特征。方法回顾性分析5例DDMS患者的临床及CT影像资料并进行相关文献复习。结果病变累及大脑半球左侧4例，右侧1例，2例脑干大脑脚萎缩，3例合并脑实质软化灶，5例均有患侧丘脑、豆状核萎缩，同侧脑室扩大，中线结构均匀偏移。1例合并颞枕角脑穿通畸形囊肿。2例颅骨板障增宽，5例额窦及乳突小房过度气化，岩部及蝶骨大翼抬高和前、中颅窝缩小。结论 DDMS的CT表现具有特征性，结合临床特点及影像征象，能定性诊断DDMS。
