目的：探讨磁共振对苗勒管囊肿诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析3例苗勒管囊肿患者的临床症状及其磁共振成像（MRI）表现。结果1例位于前列腺外，2例位于前列腺中线部位精阜水平上方，3例在各个序列上其信号与尿液基本呈等信号。结论根据前列腺区囊性病变的临床表现和部位特点可以对苗勒管囊肿做出明确诊断。%Objective To investigate the clinical value of MR imaging for miao le′s duct cyst. Methods The clinical symptoms and MRI manifestations of 3 patients with mullerian cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results One case was located in outside the prostate ,2 cases located in the midline prostatic verumontanum level above , 3 cases'signal in each sequence was the same with that was in urine. Conclusion According to clinical manifestations and parts of the prostate area cystic lesion characteristics ,a definite diagnosis of mullerian cyst can be confered.
