智商、情商、灵商理论的相继提出为进一步揭示人类智性提供了不同的研究视角,我国目前高等教育中仍存在重智商、轻情商,忽略灵商的问题,基于此,笔者提出“智商+情商+灵商”协调发展的重要意义,意在探索“智商+情商+灵商”人才培养模式的路径。%The successive arising of Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient provides different research perspectives to further reveal human intellect. It remains as a problem in China’s current higher education that attention is largely paid to IQ, barely to EQ, almost not to SQ. Thus the author stresses the importance of coordinative development of“EQ + IQ +SQ”, aiming to explore the talent training mode through“EQ + IQ +SQ”.
