临沂产红银花和大毛花不同部位药效成分含量的比较研究

             

摘要

Objective To determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in flowers and leaves in different harvest time of Lonicera sempervireus L. and Damaohua planted in Linyi.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside. Results The content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in different growth period and different parts of Lonicera sempervireus L. and Damaohua had significant difference;The contents of chlorogenic acid in different growth period of honeysuckle flower were higher than that of limited in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition;The content of luteoloside in young bud stage,three green period and two white period of Lonicera sempervireus L. conformed to the pharmacopoeia requirements,and the content of luteoloside in the great white period of Damaohua was maximum.The con-tent of chlorogenic acid in spire of Lonicera sempervireus L. was higher than that in flowers,the content of luteoloside in leaves was also significantly higher than that in the flowers;The content of xhlorogenic acid in Damaohua flowers was higher than that in leaves,but luteoloside content in leaves was obviously higher than that in flowers.Conclusion The leaves of Flos Lonicerae can be used to extract chlorogenic acid and luteoloside,it can improve the utilization rate of honeysuckle resources.%目的:临沂产红银花和大毛花在不同采收期的花和叶中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量。方法利用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸和木犀草苷含量进行测定。结果临沂产红银花和大毛花不同花期和不同部位的绿原酸、木犀草苷含量差异显著;两种金银花不同花期的绿原酸含量均高于《中国药典》2015年版要求;红银花在幼蕾期、三青期及二白期木犀草苷含量符合药典要求,大毛花在大白期木犀草苷含量最高。红银花的幼叶中的绿原酸含量较高,且明显高于花中绿原酸含量,叶中的木犀草苷含量也明显高于花的含量;大毛花的花中绿原酸含量高于叶中绿原酸含量,但叶中木犀草苷含量明显高于花中木犀草苷含量。结论金银花的叶可以用来提取绿原酸和木犀草苷,以提高金银花资源的利用率。
