Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of luteoloside in different parts of Lonicera j aponica (flowers ,leaves and stems) .Methods Samples were determined on a Kromasil C18 column(150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) .The mobile phase of isolating luteoloside was acetonitrile and 5 mL · L -1 acetic acid ,gradient elution from 1∶9 to 3∶7 .The flow rate was 1 .0 mL · min-1 ,the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,and the UV detection wavelength was at 350 nm .Results Luteoloside exists in Lonicera japonica flowers ,leaves and stems .As the flower matured ,the content of flowers increased with the contents of leaves and stems decreased gradually .Conclusion HPLC method is simple and accurate ,and can be used for the determination of luteolo‐side in Lonicera j aponica .%目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定金银花不同部位(花、叶和茎)中木犀草苷的含量。方法应用Kromasil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈‐5mL·L -1冰醋酸溶液为流动相,按1∶9梯度洗脱至3∶7;流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温为30℃;检测波长为350 nm。结果木犀草苷存在于金银花的花、叶和茎中,随着花的成熟,花中含量逐渐提高,叶和茎中含量逐渐降低。结论 HPLC法操作简便、结果准确,适用于金银花中木犀草苷的测定。
