高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎灵胶囊中黄芩苷含量

摘要

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎灵胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱为 Waters XBridge C18柱（4．6 mm ×250 mm ，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．8％甲酸（25∶75），检测波长276 nm ，流速1．0 ml／min ，柱温30℃，进样量10μl。结果黄芩苷在1．25～40μg／ml范围内（r＝0．9999）呈良好的线性关系，精密度实验中RSD均小于2％，加样回收率在95％～100％之间。结论该测定方法简便、准确，分离效果好，可用于鼻炎灵胶囊的质量控制。%Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of baicalin .Methods The separation was carried out on a Waters XBridge C18 column(4 .6 mm × 250 mm ,5μm) ,the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0 .8% for-mic acid (25∶75) ,the detection wavelength was set at 276 nm ,the flow rate was 1 .0 ml/min ,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl .Results The linearity was obtained over 1 .25-40 μg/ml(r=0 .999 9) for baicalin . The RSD of precision were less than 2% .The average recovery was between 95% and 100% .Conclusion This HPLC method was simple ,accuracy and suitable for the quality control of Biyanling capsule .
