Fe-MCM-41介孔材料的合成、表征及催化性能研究

         

摘要

采用硅酸钠为硅源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为模板剂,四甲基氢氧化铵为矿化剂,用盐 酸调节pH值,在75 ℃的温和水热条件下,合成了Fe-MCM-41中孔分子筛。产品经粉末X衍射 、 N2吸附/脱附、红外光谱分析等手段进行了表征。结果表明,在实验条件下经16 h晶化, 产品 有较满意的结晶度和介孔分子筛的结构特征。用H2O2为氧化剂,合成的Fe-MCM-41作 为催 化剂,详细考察了溶剂、反应时间、催化剂用量等条件对苯的羟基化反应的影响。反应产物 用气相色谱检测,结果表明,Fe-MCM-41能有效催化苯的羟基化反应,且苯酚为唯一产品。%Sodium silicate was used as the silica sour ce, CTMABr and TMAOH w ere used as template and mineralizer respectively. The pH value of the mixture w as adjusted with HCl(12 mol*L-1) Fe-MCM-41 were successfully synthesized in mild hydrothermal system at 75 ℃ for 16 h. The product was characterized by p owde r X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption/desorption and FTIR. XRD, N2 adsor ptio n and FTIR show that the solid sample has an excellent crystalline structure and a typical mesopores characterization.Fe-MCM-41 was used as the heterogeneous catalyst for the oxidation of benze ne b y using H2O2 as the oxidant.The influences of solvent ,reaction time and cat alys t content were investigated. The liquid product was analyzed by a gas chromatogr aph. The result show that Fe-MCM-41 can efficiently catalyze the oxidation of benzene, and phenol is the only product of liquid phase.
