论新时期领导干部的微能力

摘要

微能力是领导干部适应微时代所需的特殊能力。微能力的特殊功能是组织凝聚、媒介交流、意见表达。在微时代，由于领导干部面临着诸多新问题，需要不断提升自身的微能力，包括转换角色，深入基层；重视学习，包容质疑；积极参与，正确引导；自律其身，接受监督。新时期的领导干部，需要适应新形势，学会与微博打交道，在提高其他能力的同时提升自身的微能力，发挥领导力产生的功能。%Micro-ability is the special ability required by the leading cadres to adapt to the Micro Age.The special func-tions of micro-ability are organizational cohesion,media communication and expression of opinions.In this Micro Age,as the leading cadres are facing many new problems,they need to continuously improve their micro-abilities,including role transfor-mation,grassroots immersion;paying attention to learning,tolerating doubts;actively participating,and correct guidance;self-discipline,and accepting supervision.The leading cadres in the new era should be adapted to the new situations,learn to deal with micro-blogs,improve their micro-abilities while raising other abilities so as to play the role of leadership skills.
