论新时期领导干部的微能力

     

摘要

微能力是领导干部适应微时代所需的特殊能力。微能力的特殊功能是组织凝聚、媒介交流、意见表达。在微时代,由于领导干部面临着诸多新问题,需要不断提升自身的微能力,包括转换角色,深入基层;重视学习,包容质疑;积极参与,正确引导;自律其身,接受监督。新时期的领导干部,需要适应新形势,学会与微博打交道,在提高其他能力的同时提升自身的微能力,发挥领导力产生的功能。%Micro-ability is the special ability required by the leading cadres to adapt to the Micro Age.The special func-tions of micro-ability are organizational cohesion,media communication and expression of opinions.In this Micro Age,as the leading cadres are facing many new problems,they need to continuously improve their micro-abilities,including role transfor-mation,grassroots immersion;paying attention to learning,tolerating doubts;actively participating,and correct guidance;self-discipline,and accepting supervision.The leading cadres in the new era should be adapted to the new situations,learn to deal with micro-blogs,improve their micro-abilities while raising other abilities so as to play the role of leadership skills.
