县域城镇化进程中失地农民利益保护研究--以平乐县两个新城区建设为例

摘要

The fundamental way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is urban and rural integration develops. The rapid advance of urbanization, more and more land-expropriated farm⁃er and how to protecting the interests of farmer is an important problem that the government must be prop⁃erly solve. According to data of Pingle county urbanization construction, we put forward new proposals to solve the problem of land-expropriated farmer interest protection and employment on concept, system, poli⁃cies and laws.%城乡发展一体化是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。随着城镇化进程的快速推进，失地农民越来越多，如何保护失地农民利益，是政府必须要妥善解决的重要问题。以广西平乐县两个新城区建设为个案，在深入调查研究的基础上，从理念、制度、法律、政策四个层面提出解决失地农民权益保护和就业的新路径。
