非结构式团体咨询用于护士人际关系改善研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨非结构式团体咨询对改善护士人际关系的效果.方法 招募8名护士为团体咨询成员,由2名领导者带领进行非结构式团体咨询,每周1次.使用信任量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和交往焦虑量表进行团体咨询前测、团体咨询12周结束后及间隔3个月测评.结果 干预12周后信任得分显著高于干预前(P<0.05),人际关系综合诊断及交往焦虑得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);团体成员13个自评条目总分60.00±0.76,团体成员认为团体咨询有利于分享其他成员的经验和感受、反思自己及学会表达,希望团体活动能增加次数和延长时间等.结论 非结构式团体咨询对改善护士的人际信任有即时效果,有利于团体成员正性心理的形成.%Objective To explore the effectiveness of non-structured group counselling on improvement of interpersonal relations of nurses.Methods Eight nurses were recruited to receive 12 sessions of non-structured group counselling that was instructed by 2 leaders.The Trust Scale(TS),Interpersonal Relation Synthetic Diagnose Test(IRSDT),and Interaction Anxiousness Scale (IAS) were used to measure the effect before and after the intervention as well as at 3 months post intervention.Results The total TS score was significantly higher after the intervention than that measured before the intervention (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in IRSDT score and IAS score (P>0.05 for both).Participants scored 60.00±0.76 on the subjective scale of 13 items,and they believed group counselling was beneficial for sharing experiences and feelings,triggered to think about themselves,and learned how to express their views.They also hoped to increase sessions and time of group counselling.Conclusion Non-structured group counselling has short-term effect on improving nurses' interpersonal relations and facilitates them to form positive psy chological functioning.
