健康教育卡用于颈肩腰腿痛患者健康教育的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育卡用于颈肩腰腿痛患者健康教育的效果.方法 将295例颈肩腰腿痛患者按住院号奇偶数分为观察组180例、对照组115例.对照组按健康教育路径,采用口头宣教、宣传栏方式完成健康教育;观察组在对照组基础上发放健康教育卡.比较两组健康教育知识知晓率、患者对健康教育满意度及疾病复发率.结果 观察组患者健康教育知识知晓率、对健康教育满意度高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组.结论使用健康教育卡能提高健康教育效果.%Objective To study the effect of health education card on health education for patients with neck-shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain. Method Divide 295 patients with neck-shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain into observation group (n=180) and control group (n=115) according to odd or even hospitalization number. Patients in control group receive health education by oral propaganda and from billboard. Patients in observation group receive health education card based on the education of control group. Compare the cognitive level of health knowledge, satisfaction level and recurrence rate of patients in two groups. Result Cognitive level of health knowledge and satisfaction level are higher in observation group. Recurrence rate is lower in control group. Conclusion Health education card can improve the effect of health education.
