院校合作对高职护生进行早期接触临床教育的做法与体会

         

摘要

总结院校合作对高职护生进行早期接触临床教育的做法与体会.院校合作双方领导给予大力支持,对临床教师进行选拔和培训,让护生在思想上、知识上做好充分的准备,统一临床教学内容,加强护生管理,建立三方评价机制.院校合作适应了我国职业教育改革发展的需要;有助于建立一支高素质的双师型教师队伍,保证了早期接触临床教育的教学质量;使护生明确学习目标,保证了早期接触临床的学习效果;促进了多方面的有效沟通,规范了临床教学管理;有助于培养优质、实用的高级护理人才.%This paper introduced the practice of college-hospital cooperation in early clinical education of higher vocational nursing students. Meeting the requirement of vocational education in China, college-hospital cooperation is beneficial to the training of double qualified teachers, which is indispensable for early clinical education, and the teaching quality of early clinical education. The supports from leaders of college and hospital involved in cooperation promoted the training for teachings and as for nursing students, they were required to make full preparation for early clinical education. Unified clinical teaching content, management and assessment mechanism could enhance the development of early clinical education. College-hospital cooperation played a critical role in early clinical education for its effective communications and standard teaching management.
