目的 初步探讨手术烟雾对职业暴露人群健康的影响.方法 选择60名职业暴露于手术烟雾超过5年的医护人员为手术烟雾暴露组,74名从未接触过手术烟雾医护人员为对照组.对两组人群进行问卷调查并抽取外周血检验血脂、血常规、肾功能,比较分析两组间差异.结果 手术烟雾暴露组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比例、血红蛋白、红细胞比积高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比例低于对照组,经两独立样本t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、淋巴细胞绝对值、尿酸、尿素氮及肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 手术烟雾对职业暴露人群血脂水平及血红蛋白具有一定的影响,有必要对手术烟雾暴露人群进行后续长期追踪随访,并进一步寻找更敏感指标为职业防护提供科学依据.%Objective To explore the influence of surgical smoke on occupational exposed population. Methods Exposed group consisted of 60 medical staff exposed to surgical smoke more than five years, control group involved 74 health medical staff never exposed to surgical smoke. Questionnaires were applied in both groups and peripheral blood were taken from members in both groups Lo test blood routine, blood hpid and kidney function. Results The cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, the ratio oi low density lipoprotein cholesterol, hemoglobin, and hematocrit of exposed group were higher than those of control group and the ratio of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that of control group (P<0.05), while the difference of red blood cell count, white blood cells count, platelet count, absolute lymphocyte, uric acid, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Surgical smoke exerts certain impact on blood Hpid and hemoglobin of occupational exposed population. It is necessary to conduct a long -term tracking on occupational exposed population and search for sensitive indicators to provide a scientific evidence for the occupational protection.
