《死亡教育》护士继续教育课程方案构建的研究

         

摘要

Objective To construct the curriculum of Death Education in nurses’ continuing education and to provide guidance for the implementation of the course. Methods After literature review, expert consultation, investigation and quality research, the curriculum draft was formulated and then experts ’ conferences were held then the final curriculum plan was established. Results There were five aspects including curriculum objectives, content, feedback&assessment procedures, teaching&learning methods and teachers’ qualification and 83 items in the curriculum plan. Conclusion The curriculum objectives covers cognitive, emotional and skills domain and great importance is attached to its practicability and operability in curriculum content. Feedback&assessment procedures can be divided into cognitive, emotional and skills levels and diversified teaching&learning methods are suggested in the plan. Besides, it is necessary to take measures to guarantee teachers ’ qualification and the minimum period of the course but the suitable class hours of the course needs more further study.%目的:构建满足护士继续教育需求的《死亡教育》护士继续教育课程方案,为死亡教育课程在护士队伍中的开展提供基本的课程指导和实施参考。方法在前期文献分析、专家咨询、调查研究、质性访谈基础上拟定课程方案,采用专家会议法,通过2轮论证,集中专家意见确定课程方案。结果确立了包括课程目标、课程内容、教学方法、反馈/评价策略、师资条件5个部分,共83项条目的《死亡教育》护士继续教育课程方案,并对部分条目提出应用建议。结论死亡教育课程目标设定为认知领域、情感领域、动作技能领域3个层面,课程内容突出实用性与可操作性,课程的反馈/评价分为认知领域、情感领域、动作技能领域,建议根据课程需要灵活多样选择教学方法。此外,为保证教学质量必须明确对师资水平的控制,必须限定最少课程学时数,并有待后续研究探讨较佳授课时长。
